What you will do
- Process software license orders and verify agreements
- Generate and deliver license keys to customers
- Assist customers with the Customer Portal
- Provide support to sales personnel for order submission
- Interface with legal and accounting departments
- Participate in department projects for product delivery
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 4 years of experience in billing or customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a database environment with report generation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office experience required
