Outbound Sales Development Representative (Hybrid): Supporting the uncovering of leads and qualifying them as well as generating new business and interest through new logo prospecting and account-based programs with an accent on email and calling campaigns. Focus on researching and identifying new market opportunities through targeted engagement into prospect accounts.

What you will do
- Generate new business and interest through new logo prospecting and account-based programs involving email and calling campaigns.
- Effectively partner and work across the Sales, Channel and Enterprise Account teams to support achievement of Sales target.
- Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement into prospect accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on marketing plans & campaigns and ensure traffic at these events.
- Ensure data integrity & consistency in CRM by updating the lead and/or contact info and account/prospect intelligence.
- Develop and communicate ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting for and qualifying leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field with 1+ years’ experience in an inside sales function, sales, or presales environment of complex technical / industrial products OR 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Technical aptitude and/or 1 year of experience in an industrial/technical sales environment.
- Excellent record of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in leveraging social media to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English and local language.
Nice to have
- 1 year of experience working in a sales and/or customer relations environment.
- Well-organized, self-directed team player.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems, SF, Siebel.
