Location: On-site in Culver City/Los Angeles, CA (5 days a week)

What you will do
- Manage significant marketing budgets across social channels, ad networks, and DSPs to maximize growth and profitability.
- Own the end-to-end UA creative strategy, building performance-driven roadmaps and testing new formats to lower CPIs.
- Define and execute ASO strategies, leading organic growth through keyword optimization and A/B testing store assets.
- Optimize channel, creative, and store performance focusing on ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and organic multiplier.
- Manage advertising and ASO vendor partnerships and evaluate new acquisition channels based on market intelligence.
- Collaborate with studios, creative services, and lifecycle marketing teams for a holistic growth approach.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of owning creative strategy and ASO for mobile apps or games.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google AC, AppLovin, and using tools like AppTweak.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Tableau is a plus.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent quantitative fields.
- Must be based in Los Angeles for on-site work (5 days a week).
