TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving innovation in the legal technology space, working with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver solutions that impact the legal profession. Focus on expanding relationships and growing partnerships within large legal organizations, influencing sales opportunities, and navigating complex decision-making processes.

Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of these future office locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh and Toronto, as employees will be expected to work from the office at least three days a week.

Salary: $185,000 to $275,000 OTE for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents.

What you will do

  • Earn credibility as a trusted advisor for key contacts within each firm in your territory.
  • Actively listen, understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and business trends and benefits.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop detailed account plans to expand relationships and grow partnerships within each organization.
  • Aggressively prospect into current customer accounts for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent hirify.global at events to influence sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to earn credibility as a trusted advisor with C-suite and senior leaders within large global organizations.
  • Strong desire to learn about and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Keen on organization, collaboration, and routinely meeting metric-based quota goals.
  • Comfortable with a quickly changing environment.
  • Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
