What you will do

• Set the vision for the use of new and innovative data tools and technology.
• Develop advanced Machine Learning models to support analytics features in hirify.global Cloud Infrastructure.
• Work with senior leadership to develop advanced analytical solutions to support business stakeholders.
• Build and optimize resource allocation models for cost efficiency and performance.
• Leverage NLP methods to analyze system logs, alerts, and unstructured data for operational insights.
• Design and implement anomaly detection systems for server usage, network traffic, and application performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence roles.
• Proven experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced ML models, including generative AI models like GPT, BERT, or Prophet.
• Demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
• Strong capability in creating advanced analytical solutions to support both product features and organizational needs.
• Experience with modern ML tools and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with end-to-end ML pipelines, including training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of AI models in production environments.
