Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and configuration of VCF solutions including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Suite.
• Define business and technical requirements for private and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Design multi-site, workload mobility, and disaster recovery strategies for enterprise clients.
• Integrate VMware platforms with third-party storage, networking, and security solutions.
• Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to internal practice development.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of technical experience in VMware and supporting technologies.
• Must hold VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 Administrator (2V0-12.25) or Architecture (2V0-13.25) certification.
• Deep expertise in VCF lifecycle management, automation, and workload migration.
• Strong background in software-defined networking, enterprise storage, and security policies.
• Must be able to travel at least 10% for client engagements.
• US-based work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elastic VMware Services (EVS) on AWS or Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
• VCAP or equivalent advanced VMware certifications.
