• Design and build solutions that meet business needs and align with digital strategy.

• Build strong relationships across business and digital teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Background in architecture with experience in architecting, building, and supporting enterprise-wide identity projects.
• Functional knowledge of IAM identity standards and IAM technology sets.
• Experience delivering IAM capability for regulatory compliance assurance.
• Understanding of cloud computing and modern identity architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience working with policy-based access control products.
• Experience leveraging ML and AI in an IAM environment.
• AWS / Azure certifications or other similar credentials.
• Architecture-related certifications, e.g. SABSA / TOGAF.
