What you will do

• Maintain architectural diagrams and workflows for the IAM platform.
• Design and evaluate IAM programs, standards, and guidelines for access management across the company.
• Own identity lifecycle management: provisioning/de-provisioning, access requests, entitlements, and audit/validations.
• Design identity governance workflows using attestation and auditing concepts.
• Architect and implement secure integrations across cloud and on-prem applications, including RESTful identity APIs and third-party/SaaS integrations.
• Participate in security incident response efforts and help identify and mitigate information security threats.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in Information Technology, ideally with a focus on information security.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM architecture or engineering.
• Experience architecting IAM projects from design through implementation.
• Designed and supported Zero Trust Identity architecture.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, and OpenID frameworks.
• Knowledge of server/OS/network fundamentals and cloud application/infrastructure operations; scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with Single Sign-On and SCIM integrations; vendor management.
• Experience with DevSecOps pipelines, application development, and building/using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with NIST framework and continuous improvement practices.
