TL;DR

Recruitment Administrator: Providing administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team with an accent on resume review, scheduling, and candidate coordination. Focus on ensuring smooth recruitment processes and a professional introduction to the company for candidates.

Location: Must be willing and able to work from an office.

What you will do

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements.
  • Manage scheduling: arranging interviews, sending calendar invites, and confirming details with candidates and internal teams.
  • Professionally greet and assist candidates when they visit the office.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Support requisition intake meetings with internal teams and the COO.
  • Assist with outbound sourcing activities and networking for referrals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, recruitment support, or coordination experience.
  • Previous use of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — approachable and engaging.
  • Professional presence, including a neat and professional dress code, when meeting candidates and representing the company.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hiring best practices and compliance is a plus.
