What you will do
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements.
- Manage scheduling: arranging interviews, sending calendar invites, and confirming details with candidates and internal teams.
- Professionally greet and assist candidates when they visit the office.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
- Support requisition intake meetings with internal teams and the COO.
- Assist with outbound sourcing activities and networking for referrals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, recruitment support, or coordination experience.
- Previous use of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — approachable and engaging.
- Professional presence, including a neat and professional dress code, when meeting candidates and representing the company.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with hiring best practices and compliance is a plus.
