What you will do

• Provide education and training to new users and manage relationships with clinical champions.
• Surface product feedback and define a clear clinical product roadmap.
• Develop product strategy recommendations based on user feedback.
• Monitor and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics.
• Evangelize product capabilities to prospective customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP).
• Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Must be based in the Central Time Zone.
