Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
• Comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
• Value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.
• Have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
