What you will do

• Work as part of a team of expert developers on the hirify.global Monitor Product.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications and timelines.
• Solve challenging problems related to integrations, scalability, and performance in complex distributed systems.
• Build reliable components for the product.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience working in a cross-team environment, contributing to technical and product discussions.
• Experience with Java Backend, including RESTful API design and microservice-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with testing methodologies, such as unit testing and integration testing.
• Fluent in English with proficiency to collaborate with a global team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Golang and Python languages.
• Experience operating in Kubernetes and Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
