What you will do

• Design and build reliable backend services for high-throughput, globally distributed workloads
• Own core components powering products used by thousands of engineering teams
• Collaborate to evolve system architecture focusing on scalability and resilience
• Apply distributed systems design patterns in production
• Ship production-grade code in Go, Python, or Java
• Contribute to team culture through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentorship

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from Madrid, Paris, or Tel Aviv
• 5+ years of backend software development experience in Go, Python, Java, C++, or Rust
• Experience designing and developing backend services or APIs
• Exposure to distributed systems concepts like fault tolerance, messaging, and scalability
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow impact on high-scale, high-reliability systems
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)
