What you will do

• Influence the roadmap and deliver new features, iterating based on results.
• Drive projects from initial idea to operation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning reliability, performance, and availability.
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations for owned services.
• Support team members, collaborate on design discussions, and gain a deeper understanding of cloud products and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, Germany, the UK or Sweden.
• Strong communication skills for a fully remote setup.
• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, Rust or similar).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipment in a self-driven way.
• Experience with developing software in the Cloud or with systems engineering.
• Experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model.
• Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained.
• Familiarity with observability systems (metrics, logs, traces) for debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with queue systems (e.g., Kafka protocol).
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code.
