What you will do

• Lead and mentor team members in producing extensible and maintainable code.
• Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements and lead discussions for technical solutions.
• Drive project plans and release schedules, coordinating with other teams for timely delivery.
• Lead efforts in applying debugging tools and telemetry to optimize code performance and maintainability.
• Develop and enhance internal tools and processes, encouraging the adoption of AI and new methodologies.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with product goals, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• 9+ years' experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Passion for using AI tools and the ability to leverage them in daily operations.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Excellent analytical skills for proactively identifying risks and balancing priorities.
