What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineers in producing extensible and maintainable code, ensuring quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define user requirements and lead technical solution discussions, including design and cost.
• Develop clear testing plans, define success metrics, and integrate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive project plans and release schedules, coordinating with other teams for timely delivery.
• Apply debugging tools and telemetry to proactively resolve issues and optimize code performance.
• Maintain live service operations, implement solutions for complex issues, and develop playbooks.

Requirements

• 9+ years' experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Extensive experience in both platform and application development.
• Passion for using and leveraging AI tools in daily operations.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Experience collaborating with product management, design, and other engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
