What you will do
- Lead and mentor team members in producing extensible and maintainable code.
- Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements and lead discussions for technical solutions.
- Drive project plans and release schedules, coordinating with other teams for timely delivery.
- Lead efforts in applying debugging tools and telemetry to optimize code performance and maintainability.
- Develop and enhance internal tools and processes, encouraging the adoption of AI and new methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with product goals, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- 9+ years' experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Passion for using AI tools and the ability to leverage them in daily operations.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Excellent analytical skills for proactively identifying risks and balancing priorities.
