TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (AI): Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for critical technical roles, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent. Focus on utilizing AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and pipeline insights and building repeatable recruiting playbooks that compound over time.

Location: This Base Compensation pay range applies to our New York City located staff and may differ according to location.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage pipelines with urgency, ensuring no candidate is left in limbo and no hiring manager is in the dark.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines across engineering and technical roles and craft compelling outreach that communicates hirify.global’s mission.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, pushing back when job descriptions, compensation, or processes aren’t aligned with the market.
  • Articulate why complexity is hirify.global’s competitive advantage and how every hire contributes to transforming regulated finance.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects hirify.global’s culture—precise, human, and high-trust—and spot opportunities for delight.
  • Track and report pipeline metrics, manage ATS data hygiene, and continuously refine processes for speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven success recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, data, etc.) in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional technical talent with precision and urgency.
  • Storytelling skills to credibly explain hirify.global’s anti-wedge strategy and inspire candidates about the opportunity.
  • High agency: you take ownership, drive outcomes, and fix broken processes without waiting for direction.
  • Curiosity to learn and translate the intricacies of regulated industries into a compelling narrative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that create a high-trust candidate and hiring manager experience.
