What you will do

• Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, and partner activations
• Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to create assets and landing pages
• Keep the campaign calendar up to date and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned
• Optimize campaigns across paid (Google, Meta, TikTok) and owned channels (CRM, app push, website banners)
• Track results in tools like GA4 and internal BI dashboards, and share insights with the team

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce roles
• Strong project management skills — organized, structured, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM platforms like Klaviyo or HubSpot)
• Comfortable tracking campaign performance in GA4 or BI dashboards
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
• Proactive and collaborative — you like taking ownership but also enjoy working cross-functionally
