Salary: $264,000 - $400,000 a year

What you will do

• Support the growth of Engineering Managers and Senior ICs.
• Partner with product and cross-functional partners to serve CGX’s stakeholders.
• Ensure the technical strategy aligns with future product needs.
• Refine the area’s strategy and set short and long-term goals in partnership with product.
• Revise the organizational structure of engineering teams as needed.
• Partner with recruiting to fill key roles with top talent.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team composed primarily of Engineering Managers.
• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience working on both customer-facing and internally-facing teams.
• Experience leading growth teams/organizations.
