Compensation Range: $200K - $250K

What you will do

• Lead a growing number of engineering teams, including software engineers, SREs, and software engineers in test.
• Develop and execute a strategy to innovate and evolve the leading learning management system (LMS).
• Hire, mentor, and grow world-class engineers and team leaders.
• Collaborate closely with product and support teams to build optimized solutions rather than just coding to specs.
• Drive the overall technology agenda to deliver outstanding software at scale to a global customer base.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams in a high-scale environment.
• Strong track record of hiring and developing engineering leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Expertise across core engineering disciplines including software development and site reliability engineering.
