Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set ambitious sales goals and monitor performance.
Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Enhance team processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in tech SaaS sales.
2+ years of sales team leadership experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Fluency in 2024 sales tech stack.
