Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in tech SaaS sales, with a proven track record of surpassing quotas and driving revenue growth.
- 2+ years of successful sales team leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding teams to exceed targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a history of successfully closing deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
