What you will do
- Be a hirify.global Ambassador, providing technical support and guiding Dutch customers through account opening via email and phone.
- Gather and deliver customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Set up and optimize internal processes, including updating FAQs, dashboards, and macros.
- Identify anomalies, solve problems, and keep colleagues updated on solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: Up to one year in customer support or client challenge handling.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy and adaptable communication.
- Results-driven with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Languages: Native or near-native Dutch & Flemish, and fluent English.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
