Location: Hybrid, with offices in Barcelona or Amsterdam.

What you will do

  • Be a hirify.global Ambassador, providing technical support and guiding Dutch customers through account opening via email and phone.
  • Gather and deliver customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Set up and optimize internal processes, including updating FAQs, dashboards, and macros.
  • Identify anomalies, solve problems, and keep colleagues updated on solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Up to one year in customer support or client challenge handling.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and adaptable communication.
  • Results-driven with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Languages: Native or near-native Dutch & Flemish, and fluent English.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
