What you will do

• Build a long term strategy for hirify.global Open Source and drive its execution.
• Optimize competing requirements of innovation, support, cost, reliability and performance.
• Create and execute organizational strategy identifying requirements for senior talent.
• Lead cross team collaboration across hirify.global to quickly resolve issues and risks.
• Establish clear success criteria for direct reports and the group.
• Build a high-performing, engaged, world-class team for program analysis in the security domain.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles in software engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully leading software engineering organizations of 75+ in a product context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and operational practices.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with senior technical and managerial stakeholders.
