TL;DR

Workday HRIS Analyst: Optimizing the use of Workday to drive business outcomes by supporting all areas of Human Resources with an accent on problem-solving and communication skills. Focus on providing production support, quality assurance, and system administration across functional areas.

Location: Requires you to come in to our London office four days a week, Monday to Thursday.

What you will do

  • Provide support to end users by troubleshooting, providing issue remediation, and assisting with technology and process requests using the ServiceNow ticket system.
  • Assist subject matter authorities to ensure data integrity and quality design of system changes, and troubleshoot business processes.
  • Build Workday reports including sophisticated reports, matrix reports and dashboards.
  • Lead Workday enhancements by collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate scoping, configuration, testing & implementation.
  • Support HRIS projects that impact multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Support and mentor other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 Years Workday experience working on a HRIS Team
  • Proficiency in Workday in one or more functional areas.
  • Proven knowledge of HR systems structure, functions, and processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must work well independently with minimal direction, but also enjoy working as part of a global team.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities.
