What you will do

• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding hirify.global’s platform roadmap.
• Prioritize features to best address customer needs based on sales input.
• Participate in RFP submissions and coordinate hirify.global’s response based on product capabilities.
• Work with customers to evangelize our services and products.
• Coordinate product delivery to delight customers for the most complex onboardings.

Requirements

• You have at least 4+ years of experience working on B2B products and are looking for more strategic impact.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You excel at turning clients' insights into product priorities.
• You are great at sharing business context and navigating stakeholders to influence the product we build.
• You know how to handle objections in a complex technical environment.
• You excel at prioritizing tasks while living up to commitments.

Nice to have

• You are fluent in French
• You have Healthcare, Insurance, or HR platforms experience
• You’ve been involved in RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s
