QC Civil Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; on-site

What you will do

• Perform engineering quality control of infrastructure mapping deliverables, including engineering logic, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external design teams on infrastructure design projects.
• Provide operational guidance to field utility-locating teams and mentor mapping and field teams.
• Handle client requests, requirements, and inquiries.
• Provide engineering guidance for the development of engineering products and solutions.
• Oversee and technically guide structural analysis and design projects involving building structures and foundations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the design, management, or coordination of systems in infrastructure projects, including at least 2 years of hands-on building structural design experience.
• Hands-on experience working with infrastructure owners in Israel, including utility companies, authorities, and public bodies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, and Excel.
• Meticulous, thorough, and highly detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience performing engineering quality control across a wide range of deliverables.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in programming, developing automations, and working with AI tools.
• Familiarity with the U.S. infrastructure sector.
