Technical Team Lead (ISR)

Location: Delft, Netherlands

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross/month, based on experience and full-time employment

What you will do

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, supporting collaboration, growth, and performance.
• Plan and execute complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and internal technology-management improvements, including standards and portfolio management.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of modular ground segment platforms, satellite mission control software, and ISR-related Earth Observation data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related technical field, or extensive equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software product development and management of complex digital solutions.
• Technical expertise in satellite operations, mission control systems, ground segment architectures, Earth Observation, or related space technologies.
• Strong people-management skills and the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, architects, data scientists, FPGA engineers, and customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Affinity with Defence work and the ability to obtain Dutch, NATO, and EU security clearances is required.
