Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Helsingborg, Sweden — hybrid

What you will do

• Develop, validate, and monitor credit scorecards in production.
• Analyze scorecard performance, customer ranking, and portfolio shifts across multiple Nordic markets.
• Translate analytical findings into clear explanations and actionable insights for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Improve code documentation, version control, code review, and reproducible analytical workflows.
• Explore new methods and tools and evaluate them against current approaches.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in credit risk, analytics, or a similar quantitative role.
• Comfortable working with Python and SQL.
• Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Curiosity and the ability to explain analytical work clearly so others can follow it.
• Knowledge of model validation and documentation requirements is useful and can also be learned in the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAS.
• Experience with Git and code review.
