Senior Data Scientist (Advanced Analytics & AI)

What you will do

• Explore complex business problems and develop data-driven analytical solutions.
• Design, implement, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models in Databricks.
• Work with large-scale datasets using Python, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS cloud services.
• Contribute to Advanced Analytics, Analytical AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to build scalable and reliable AI solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and operational reliability while exploring new data science and AI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including operationalizing data science models and solutions.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based data environments.
• Strong knowledge of data science methodologies, machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Analytical AI, and Agentic AI concepts and solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, exploration, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently identify problems and build solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Business-oriented mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with connected vehicle data or automotive digital services.
• Experience developing and deploying scalable machine learning and AI solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps and productionizing data science workflows.
• Exposure to Large Language Models, AI agents, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience in cross-functional and Agile environments.
