Versant Summer Internships: Digital Analytics & Communications

Location: On-site at the New York, NY office, with work also required at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $19.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support financial strategy, people operations, corporate communications, and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze data and contribute to projects across corporate, sports, operations, and technology teams.
• Help shape workforce initiatives and improve decision-making across hirify.global brands.
• Support corporate communications initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience in how a modern media organization operates.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution throughout the program or graduate in Spring 2027; applicants who graduated in 2026 or earlier are not eligible.
• Have sophomore standing or above with at least 30 credits.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week from June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Be willing to work on-site at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
• Be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship from hirify.global now or in the future.
• Current student or exchange visa holders, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, and M-1 holders, are not eligible unless they can change or adjust to a status granting work authorization without hirify.global sponsorship.
• Maintain an active Social Security number and complete Form I-9 with the Social Security number within three days of hire.

Nice to have

• Junior standing or above.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong interest in the media industry.
• Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement.
