SimCorp Dimension (SCD) Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work model; candidates must be prepared to relocate to the specified job location.

Salary: CAD 110,000–140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the operation and development of the SimCorp Dimension front-to-back installation, with primary focus on front-office modules and related interfaces.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient daily operations, application availability, data integrity, and operational readiness.
• Manage business requirements, advise stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy.
• Initiate projects, implement change requests, plan and execute product releases, and conduct sign-off procedures.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes according to IT service management standards.
• Own the service lifecycle for asset management products and collaborate across teams and global locations.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in computer science, business administration, or a similar qualification.
• Expert-level knowledge of SimCorp Dimension front-office modules, including Fix Trading.
• Advanced business knowledge of asset and investment management processes.
• Experience with ITIL processes and collaboration across infrastructure, operations, development, and technical architecture.
• Strong customer orientation and customer communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytical and concept work involving complex application operation landscapes and architectures.
• Assertive, self-organized, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn, with planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Analytics, Benchmarks, Cash and Collateral Management, Reconciliation, or Settlement.
• Experience with communication servers and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and API usage, including SQL, Python, or JSON.
