Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Princeton, United States; hybrid work mode. Successful candidates must be prepared to relocate to the specified job location.

Salary: $141,800–$207,900 base salary annually for the Princeton location.

What you will do

• Establish enterprise architecture principles, standards, target states and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Optimise application landscapes by reducing complexity, addressing technical debt and guiding target architectures and investments.
• Define enterprise data architecture, governance and data strategies supporting analytics, AI, automation and data-driven insurance capabilities.
• Develop architecture solutions for digital platforms, embedded insurance, delegated authority, AI-enabled underwriting and advanced risk capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders, Business Architects, Data Architects and Technology teams to connect strategic objectives with transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Technology Strategy or large-scale transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation initiatives within complex global organisations.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to connect business outcomes with technology and data opportunities and operate across business and IT boundaries.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and geographies.
• Passion for using technology and data to create measurable business value.
