Staff Product Manager (Data Foundation)

Location: Onsite at the Bellevue, Washington home office; an additional home office location is available in Hoboken, New Jersey, United States.

Annual salary: $132,000–$264,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex products aligned with business goals.
• Lead strategy and execution for foundational data capabilities, including customer identity, audience and events data, and partner interoperability.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap development through launch readiness and value realization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Legal, and external partners to build durable, scalable data products and platform capabilities.
• Use data-driven decision-making to identify strategic data opportunities and deliver measurable product value.
• Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices.

Requirements

• Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products, platforms, or data capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency across architecture, data flows, APIs, data models, reliability, and technical tradeoffs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation techniques.
• Experience mentoring product managers and improving product discipline.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer, advertiser, and business outcomes while balancing feasibility, priorities, and risk.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area, with 6 years of product manager experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
