Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the North Palm Beach or Frisco office, United States; office attendance required at least three days per week, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Salary: $78,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute the product roadmap for Registered Agent Services in alignment with business outcomes and growth goals.
• Translate customer problems and jobs to be done into prioritized features, requirements, and backlog items.
• Partner with agile delivery teams, Engineering, business stakeholders, external stakeholders, and end-user clients to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Prepare solutions for launch and take them to market to achieve targeted customer and commercial outcomes.
• Collect and analyze customer insights, feedback, and usage data to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve product capabilities, team efficiency, and decision-making; contribute to market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of product delivery best practices.
• Focus on delivering measurable outcomes rather than outputs.
• Confident and considered decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and growth mindset.
• Inquisitive approach to technology, particularly AI.
