Company

hirify.global provides a HIPAA- and SOC 2-compliant operating system for deploying, managing, and optimizing AI agents in high-stakes environments, including healthcare and national security.

What you will do

  • Own technical program delivery for Red Cell Federal, Red Cell Partners, and portfolio companies, from initial requests through validated customer acceptance.
  • Translate partner requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, owners, and testable delivery milestones.
  • Drive deployment readiness across customer-managed cloud, private-network, and on-premises environments, including infrastructure, access, networking, secrets, model integrations, and workflow validation.
  • Coordinate security and compliance delivery with GRC, including RMF/ATO, STIG, impact-level requirements, remediation, evidence, and approval dependencies.
  • Manage releases, image handoffs, version compatibility, vulnerability scans, software bills of materials, deployment guides, rollback readiness, patching, and upgrades.
  • Lead issue triage, escalations, onboarding, operational handoffs, documentation, training, planning, delivery reviews, and risk communication across engineering, security, product, and partner teams.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related technical delivery roles, with demonstrated Staff-level scope; broader multi-program leadership and organizational influence are required for Senior Staff.
  • Experience delivering complex software, infrastructure, or platform programs to external customers, including secure or regulated environments.
  • Strong technical judgment and experience leading cross-team execution, prioritization, risk management, and customer-facing escalations under ambiguity.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, security specialists, partner teams, and executives, including challenging unclear requirements and negotiating realistic commitments.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, agent workflows, and integration boundaries sufficient to inspect technical plans, challenge assumptions, and lead tradeoff discussions.
  • Experience with cloud and/or on-premises deployments, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, identity and access, and secrets management.
  • Working familiarity with secure software delivery, vulnerability remediation, audit logging, observability, operational readiness, and translating security and compliance requirements into engineering deliverables and validation evidence.

Nice to have

  • TPM experience supporting national security, defense, federal agencies, government customers, or delivery partners.
  • Active U.S. government security clearance.
  • Experience with RMF/ATO, STIG hardening, POA&M remediation tracking, or DoD IL4/IL5/IL6 environments.
  • Experience with Second Front or comparable federal deployment platforms, government cloud environments, and authorized-system support.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, agent integrations, or developer tools across multiple partner organizations.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a high-ownership, collaborative working style focused on customer outcomes and repeatable delivery.
  • Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave for 14 weeks at normal pay.
  • Unlimited PTO with management approval, professional development opportunities, and continued learning.
  • Optional 401(k), FSA, equity incentives, and mental health benefits.
