Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Fully on-site at the Torrance, California headquarters; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD base salary annually.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, Regulatory and Licensing, IT, Commercial and External Affairs, Facilities, Security, and Marketing.
• Map specialized talent markets, identify strong candidate sources, and provide market intelligence to leaders defining new roles.
• Advise executives and hiring managers on role definitions, interview plans, hiring criteria, scorecards, and calibration standards.
• Source passive candidates directly through outbound campaigns and assess substance, scope, decisions owned, and systems built beyond the resume.
• Negotiate and close senior candidates against competing offers, including searches involving relocation to Orangeville, Utah and Torrance, California.
• Build recruiting processes and execute hands-on search activities, including hosting onsites, chasing references, and running critical searches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for corporate and G&A functions such as finance, accounting, legal, supply chain, or operations for niche applications.
• Track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets, including offers involving counteroffers.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates directly rather than relying on inbound applicant flow.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond the resume and defend hiring recommendations to executives.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders who have not written job descriptions or run hiring loops.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across unrelated functions without losing momentum.
• High ownership, accountability, and follow-through on every candidate touchpoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with hiring for regulatory, licensing, quality assurance, or compliance functions.
• Experience hiring at a company scaling beyond 300 employees and in markets outside major metropolitan areas.
• Experience building recruiting processes, scorecards, or sourcing channels from scratch.
• Exposure to executive search or leadership hiring.
