Sr. AI Enablement Specialist (AI)

Base pay: $78,000.00–$156,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Enable business users to build secure, compliant, and scalable AI and automation solutions using low-code and enterprise platforms.
• Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, office hours, hackathons, and developer days to increase adoption.
• Develop and maintain templates, solution accelerators, documentation, enablement resources, and best-practice guidelines.
• Support AI and automation governance and responsible-use processes with IT, Security, Legal, Data, and Governance teams.
• Collaborate with platform vendors and internal stakeholders on feature evaluation, platform enhancements, and roadmap alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, APIs, and workflow integrations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in automation, AI enablement, low-code development, or a related technical field.
• Program management or technical community-building experience.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model governance, and enterprise risk management.
• Hands-on scripting, integration, or API development experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
