Partner Enablement Specialist 3 (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid work with employees expected in the office at least three days per week

Base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $157,500–$188,150 annually, plus potential bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

What you will do

• Own partner enablement from onboarding and certification through recertification and ongoing product-release readiness.
• Build onboarding plans, curricula, online courses, playbooks, hands-on labs, demo environments, and deployment standards.
• Run partner certification, technical bootcamps, assessments, scenario-based testing, readiness checks, and shadow or reverse-shadow activities.
• Track partner and consultant certification records, capacity, progress, enablement KPIs, and delivery-quality outcomes.
• Use Partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalations, and QA findings to identify skill gaps and create targeted enablement.
• Collaborate with Deployment Services, Product, R&D, Education, Salesforce partner teams, and AI Deployment Consultants on new-feature readiness and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in implementation, partner enablement, or technical training roles.
• Experience designing training or certification programmes for partners, consultants, or technical audiences.
• Confidence facilitating technical workshops and multi-day bootcamps both in person and virtually.
• Ability to convert complex products and deployment practices into clear courses, guides, and hands-on exercises.
• Ability to assess whether individuals can perform the work and provide direct feedback.
• Technical fluency in SaaS and AI concepts, including APIs, integrations, LLM basics, and automation logic.
• Programme-management, organisational, and detail-oriented skills to run multiple partner cohorts and certification tracks.
• Curiosity, adaptability, positive engagement, and a demonstrated commitment to Fin values.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Partner enablement or certification programme experience at a SaaS company or systems integrator.
• Experience with learning management systems, course-authoring tools, the Salesforce partner ecosystem, SaaS training, Fin, AI Agents, or Large Language Models.
• Hands-on SaaS implementation experience as a consultant or implementation manager.
• Self-started projects with measurable success and experience with RESTful API integrations.
