Location: Cambridge, MA, United States; onsite

Salary: $152,000–$228,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own onboarding and ongoing ramp programs across presales and post-sales as products, responsibilities, and workflows evolve.
• Design and deploy AI-native learning experiences combining instruction, realistic practice, feedback, and application in the flow of work.
• Partner with commercial and technical leaders to translate performance standards and expert knowledge into pathways, assessments, and certification.
• Build shared foundations and tailored experiences based on existing capabilities and development needs.
• Run programs day to day, aligning participants, managers, and experts while removing barriers to progress.
• Use real-work evidence to identify gaps, target support, measure readiness and execution, and connect platforms and data so programs scale.

Requirements

• Experience building and running onboarding, readiness, or ongoing enablement programs in enterprise software, with evidence of improved ramp and performance.
• Experience supporting commercial and technical customer-facing teams, with sufficient technical fluency to work credibly with engineering experts.
• Demonstrated ability to engineer AI-native experiences, including adaptive practice, feedback, or workflow automation, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong and AI-native enablement platforms such as Tangelo; comparable platforms are relevant.
• Systems approach to performance: work backwards from outcomes, build what is needed, and improve it using evidence.
• Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to turn complex expertise into practical experiences in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms comparable to Gong or Tangelo.
