Senior DevOps Automation Engineer - CI/CD Platform

What you will do

• Design, automate, maintain, and support scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD and container platforms in Azure and on-premises environments.
• Update platform application and infrastructure designs and create reusable pipelines, templates, and automation scripts for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Package applications with Helm charts and ensure repeatable, manageable deployments.
• Upgrade application servers and agents at least twice per year.
• Support development teams with CI/CD tasks and provide platform training and knowledge transfer.
• Measure and report cycle time, time to value, uptime, error rate, team retention, and CI/CD usage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with CI/CD platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience administering Azure DevOps Server.
• At least 2 years of experience deploying applications on Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps Server and Services administration.
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and configuration, as well as DevOps principles and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of application containerization, packaging, and deployment on Kubernetes clusters, including Helm charts, operators, and pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools and methodologies, such as Terraform or Puppet.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
• Working English at B2 level or higher and the ability to support development teams through training sessions.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
• Experience with Rancher and RKE2 in on-premises Kubernetes environments.
• Experience measuring and reporting delivery performance, including cycle time and deployment frequency.
