Senior Consultant - DevOps

What you will do

• Design and implement Azure services, components, data flows, and DevOps platform automation for secure, performant, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Lead technical execution for a workstream, translate architecture into tasks, manage dependencies and risks, and conduct design and code reviews.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, automation scripts, security scans, tests, logging, metrics, and alerting.
• Use telemetry, logs, observability, and AI-assisted development tools to debug issues, improve reliability, and accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, leads, engineers, and client stakeholders on discovery, estimation, delivery, and business outcomes.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring, documentation, runbooks, reusable templates, internal communities, and business-development opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years delivering solutions in a primary technical domain such as application development, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or data and analytics.
• Several years owning the design and implementation of services, components, or data flows while guiding other engineers.
• Experience as a team lead or workstream owner for a small team, coordinating tasks and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Solid experience with at least one major public cloud platform; Azure is strongly preferred.
• Deep hands-on expertise in the languages, frameworks, and patterns of the primary domain, with the ability to build maintainable systems.
• Practical daily experience with AI-augmented development tools and, where relevant, integrating AI or ML services through APIs or cloud platforms.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum teams, including backlog refinement, estimation, and iteration planning.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, plus continuous learning and application of new cloud or AI capabilities in real projects.
