Responsibilities:
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage deployments, incidents, and troubleshooting.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
- Improve architecture and reliability with engineering teams.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of DevOps experience.
- Hands-on skills with GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD/FluxCD.
- AWS expertise (EC2, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch).
- IaC: Terraform/Crossplane; Service Mesh: Istio/Consul.
- Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Python, Shell, Linux.
- Working English.
