Project Manager Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid, based at the Gothenburg office, Sweden; frequent travel to supplier sites and international collaboration required.

What you will do

• Plan, lead, monitor, and report on global supply chain projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and handover to maintenance.
• Coordinate product introductions and transitions into ramp-up, mass production, repair, and maintenance.
• Manage EMS and ODM supplier performance across cost, quality, yield, capacity, efficiency, and pre-series activities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and deliveries are developed, validated, and ready for implementation.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, and other functions.
• Improve and standardize supply chain project methods, processes, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Quality Assurance, including experience leading projects and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, production flow, testing, industrialization, logistics, purchasing, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with external manufacturing partners, preferably EMS or ODM suppliers.
• Experience translating technical requirements into manufacturing, supplier, and quality deliverables.
• Experience building and developing long-term supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of Lean Production principles and continuous improvement.
• Professional fluency in English and Swedish is required.
• Structured, proactive, technically skilled approach with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, clarify requirements, influence decisions, and drive solutions without formal authority.
