Program Director (AI)

Location: Hybrid/remote-friendly, with the preferred candidate based in Canada and working hours aligned to ET.

Salary: CAD 160,000–200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead delivery strategy for multi-million-dollar, multi-track programs from discovery through delivery, including governance, steering committees, reporting, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Lead client relationships with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders while developing account growth plans and supporting revenue, profitability, satisfaction, and commercial agreements.
• Coach Project Managers and cross-functional teams across Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and agentic delivery frameworks.
• Apply manufacturing, plant operations, engineering systems, innovation, R&D, and product development expertise to solution design and client advisory.
• Guide Gemini Enterprise adoption and agentic delivery through review gates, human-in-the-loop governance, value metrics, reusable prompts, skills, and automated workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading end-to-end digital delivery for enterprise clients in consulting or agency environments.
• Proven client services and account management experience, including C-suite relationships and account growth.
• Experience managing multi-track programs or portfolios with $7–10M+ annual financial responsibility, diverse stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, proposal estimates, and scoping multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Expertise in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and agentic delivery frameworks across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with AI tools including Gemini and Claude, plus Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Workspace.
• Previous experience as a Strategist, Business Analyst, Technologist, or another role contributing directly to digital project deliverables.
• Consulting or work experience in B2B manufacturing, with knowledge of plant-level operations, engineering systems, innovation, R&D, or product development.
• Exceptional communication, executive influence, emotional intelligence, independent judgment, and ability to balance client satisfaction, profitability, quality, and team cohesion.
• Hands-on LLM and AI workflow experience for planning, documentation, and reporting, including critical evaluation and team review standards.

Nice to have

• Experience leading program-level agentic delivery, designing human-AI workflows, and guiding change management.
• Familiarity with BMAD, Markdown, CLI AI tools such as Claude Code, and MCP connectors.
• Relevant AI certifications such as GCP Generative AI Leader, Gemini Enterprise, or Anthropic Academy.
