Technical Program Manager (AI/Mortgage Servicing)

Location: Remote; other locations include San Francisco and New York.

Salary: $205K–$250K annually, plus equity. Base salary may range from $185K–$250K depending on leveling.

What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from conception through launch.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Improve development processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational blockers.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and help establish the TPM function's vision, strategy, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced, complex software development environment.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
