Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductors)

Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Maintain, introduce, and improve current and new process technologies within the ICN8 8-inch wafer fab.
• Support fab operations in solving complex process integration problems and translate device problems into tool or process problems.
• Perform root-cause analysis of product failures by tracing issues to defects or process deviations in collaboration with failure analysis engineers and IC designers.
• Monitor process quality using Statistical Process Control and initiate improvement actions.
• Execute and manage improvement projects covering quality, reliability, yield, cost, productivity, defectivity, and process performance.
• Lead projects or 8D teams and tailor product design and test sensitivities to process parameters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or applied physics.
• 2–3 years of work experience in IC technology and device engineering.
• Knowledge of complex production processes.
• Required languages: Dutch and English.
• Analytical, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented, precise, and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to take ownership, work hands-on, prioritize, operate independently, learn quickly, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and social skills, including the ability to engage and convince people at different levels of the organization.
• Reliable team-player mindset with openness to other ideas and opinions.
