Lead Hardware Engineer (Industry & Infrastructure)

Location: Kolham, Netherlands; full-time position with a work-from-home arrangement available.

What you will do

• Take technical responsibility for implementing projects in the Industry business unit.
• Consult with the team, prepare detailed plans, divide work, coach colleagues, and provide technical solutions.
• Realize project solutions based on functional requirements and specifications while monitoring scope, risks, and additional work.
• Engineer and, where necessary, develop electrical installations.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers and contribute to work-budget preparation.
• Act as the department’s technical point of reference and conscience.

Requirements

• Completed vocational education at MBO level 4 or a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Industrial Automation, with HBO working level.
• Several years of experience designing electrical installations within industry.
• Knowledge of NEN 1010, NEN 3140, and other relevant safety standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach and good analytical skills.
• Mastery of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or EPLAN.
