Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics/Mechatronics)

What you will do

• Coordinate between Engineering, Operations, and manufacturing partners during the transition from product development to production.
• Develop and maintain tools that assure the quality of production methods and product lines.
• Set up automated test procedures and reporting in-house and with manufacturing partners.
• Implement and modify quality assurance protocols and production methods with Hardware Engineers.
• Conduct (D)FMEA and root cause analysis, collect test and report data, and identify trends and issues.
• Improve quality processes, apply SPC, reduce defects and yield loss, and lower production costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and an interest in quality assurance and improvement.
• Affiliation with statistics and willingness to pursue a Lean Green Belt.
• Diagnostic Information Gathering skills.
• Result-driven, proactive, and conscientious personality.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
