VP, Financial Planning and Analysis (SaaS)

Annual base salary: $217,500–$320,000; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in partnership with operational finance teams and business leaders.
• Drive annual budgeting and multi-year long-range planning models covering bookings, billings, revenue, ARR, retention, and costs.
• Own monthly Board reporting and quarterly lender reporting, translating complex financial data into strategic narratives.
• Oversee sales productivity, capacity planning, and data management with Revenue Operations.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Revenue Operations, and Deal Desk to improve forecasting and evaluate investment ROI.
• Support M&A and corporate development through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration, while building and mentoring a global finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading FP&A and 10+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in a private equity environment and/or publicly traded company.
• Deep familiarity with cloud/SaaS business metrics and operations, including retention, sales productivity, sales compensation, services utilization, and billable rates.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings orally and in written or presentation form.
