Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Remote (any location); location listed as Akron, OH.

What you will do

• Maintain and regularly update the multi-case financial forecast model and assist with the annual budget.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts by customer with the Revenue team.
• Lead financial statement reviews and forecast variance analysis across revenue, COGS, and SG&A.
• Maintain the 13-week cash flow analysis and evaluate business cases and gross margins for existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare monthly lender and private equity investor packages, quarterly Board materials, and monthly executive financial presentations.
• Drive finance automation through AI tooling and perform ad-hoc forensic analysis of trends and anomalies.

Requirements

• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial statement review.
• Ability to analyze revenue, COGS, SG&A, gross margins, forecast variances, and business cases.
• Ability to prepare and present financial materials for executives, lenders, private equity investors, and the Board.
• Ability to use AI tooling to improve finance automation and efficiency.
